Breakfast

Your breakfast is served in the Garden Room which overlooks our private walled garden.

We offer a full breakfast with a selection of cereals, juice, Jersey yoghurt, seasonal fruit (fresh in summer, stewed in spring and autumn), a la carte cooked options and lashings of tea, coffee and toast.

As much of our produce as possible is sourced locally or through local Jersey companies.

Our local suppliers include; Hamptonne Farm Hens for free range eggs, Woodside Farms for fruit and vegetables, Brooklands Farm for our lovely sausages, Jersey Dairy for milk, butter and yoghurt (creamy lovely yoghurt!) and Coopers of Jersey for freshly ground coffee for the cafetiere and good strong Breakfast Tea.

Should you have a specific dietary requirement, please let me know prior to your arrival, then we can be prepared.

Sitting Room

Daily weather, what’s on guide and tide times and well as oodles of information about Jersey, books to read on the shelves, board games to play and nice comfy chairs in which to relax.

Walled Garden

Surrounded by a massive granite wall, the garden is available during the summer months (mid May – end September) between 3:30pm and 6:30pm for your enjoyment. Cream tea is also available at this time with homemade scones, Jersey double cream and our local speciality – black butter – made with apples, cider, all spice, cinnamon and liquorice all boiled for over 24 hours in a big copper pan called a bachin and stirred by cider fuelled volunteers!

The pool is also available for a dip – towels provided.
